Deactivate touch selection when active client is invalidated. Hide touch selection handles and menu after if the active client managed by TouchSelectionControllerClientAura is invalidated. This is to prevent stray handles and menu staying around after the active client is destroyed (e.g. after reloading a web page where the active client corresponds to an iframe). For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
