Fix Geolocation high accuracy UseCounter for watchPosition This change corrects the UseCounter for high-accuracy geolocation tracking. The watchPosition API was incorrectly incrementing the UseCounter for getCurrentPosition when high accuracy was enabled. This CL changes it to correctly increment the UseCounter for watchPosition. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
