Revert "Add metrics for cross-origin WindowProxy access" This reverts commit 6cf9506da601ad71fba5cf662870af7f3771d46b. Reason for revert: ChromeWebPlatformSecurityMetricsBrowserTest.WindowProxyAccessLocationSetCrossOrigin seems to be flaky. It has failed 4 out of 5 runs on the win7 32 bot (times out). There is basicly no output: [ RUN ] ChromeWebPlatformSecurityMetricsBrowserTest.WindowProxyAccessLocationSetCrossOrigin [7764:7268:0114/115350.858:WARNING:embedded_test_server.cc(666)] Request not handled. Returning 404: /favicon.ico [174/1446] ChromeWebPlatformSecurityMetricsBrowserTest.WindowProxyAccessLocationSetCrossOrigin (TIMED OUT) Failing runs: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/ci/Win7%20%2832%29%20Tests/76687 https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/ci/Win7%20%2832%29%20Tests/76686 https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/ci/Win7%20%2832%29%20Tests/76684 Original change's description: > Add metrics for cross-origin WindowProxy access > > This CL adds use counters recorded when a cross-origin frame tries to > access a WindowProxy property. The use counters are split by property. > Two versions are also recorded, one on any cross-origin access, and > another only recorded when the accessing document belongs to another > page. > > Bug: 1273479 > Change-Id: I6c2debb73d88aad629548c804343166c2d15d0e9 > Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/3300058 > Reviewed-by: Arthur Sonzogni <arthursonzogni@chromium.org> > Reviewed-by: Mike West <mkwst@chromium.org> > Commit-Queue: Camille Lamy <clamy@chromium.org> > Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#959221} Bug: 1273479 Change-Id: I71673eb9bcefc1d9512b5c93f73cc53eedb82789 No-Presubmit: true No-Tree-Checks: true No-Try: true Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/3389889 Auto-Submit: Scott Violet <sky@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Rubber Stamper <rubber-stamper@appspot.gserviceaccount.com> Bot-Commit: Rubber Stamper <rubber-stamper@appspot.gserviceaccount.com> Owners-Override: Dominique Fauteux-Chapleau <domfc@google.com> Commit-Queue: Scott Violet <sky@chromium.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#959367}
Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all users to experience the web.
The project's web site is https://www.chromium.org.
To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.
Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
