Fix some error codes in ChromeDriver ChromeDriver forcefully wrepped all exceptions that had "code" property into "javascript error". In this way ChromeDriver masked "stale element reference" returnded by call_function.js and "invalid element state" returned by function CLEAR from Selenium Atoms. This commit solves this problem. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
