Import wpt@47d5fbd0947420fa271416f2ae3e06f1c3bc0dd2

Using wpt-import in Chromium 7f54cd295bc831eccc3c489363b37d0b1d8200c6.
With Chromium commits locally applied on WPT:
cc3f37ba67 "Remove web_tests/printing/page-format-data.html"
4fdf976b4f "Store additional FragmentData entries in a vector."

expectations for those tests; if this CL is large and causes
a few new failures, please fix the failures by adding new
lines to TestExpectations rather than reverting. See:

Logo Chromium

Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all users to experience the web.

The project's web site is https://www.chromium.org.

To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
