Use ContentSettingsPattern for DeviceAttributesAllowedForOrigins

To enable the policy to part of the web capabilities page. This policy
needs to support templates following the content setting pattern (see
https://chromeenterprise.google/policies/url-patterns/).
Note: Only wildcard "*" is not an allowed URL pattern.
