[HitTestOpaqueness] Fix for SVG and replaced 1. SVG children has special hit test rules about their shape, fill, stroke, etc. For simplicity, assume all SVG children has mixed hit test opaqueness. This matters only if the SVG children overflow the SVG root or the SVG root is not opaque for hit test. 2. Fix missing hit test opaqueness for replaced elements (including SVG root). For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
