Run Wpt internal tests for google chrome There are cases some feature can not be tested with content shell. Running Wpt internal tests on linux-wpt-fyi-rel allows devs to write WPTs to test their feature, if such WPTs are not ready to be upstreamed yet. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
