media: Add a 4:4:4 JPEG test file.

This CL adds pixel-1280x720-yuv444.jpg to be able to test VAAPI JPEG
decoding with a 4:4:4 image. Additionally, the other test images based
on pixel-1280x720.jpg are fixed to remove the Huffman tables. This is
done for consistency (if the original image doesn't contain Huffman
tables, the derived images shouldn't either).

Test: jpeg_decode_accelerator_unittest passes on samus.
