[Files app] Improve Drive speedometer usage The current speedometer implementation is not designed to be automatically reused by different "in progress" operations. This adds a reset method to the speedometer that is meant to be called whenever the corresponding visual signal is removed. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
