[ssm] Add hash of Java names to SSM on Android 32 bit.

This CL adds a hash of java function names to frames emitted by
NativeUnwinderAndroid. The end goal is to allow us to show Java function
names in the various UIs that get their data from SSM.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
