[PCCT] Restore height upon fullscreen exit When exiting fullscreen, the height needs to be restored so that further user interaction can be handled. The logic had a bug that overwrites the backed-up attributes with the fullscreen one. This CL fixes it. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
