Trim build targets for Android perf builders Remove additional_compile_targets from all official Android perf builders. Any targets needed for perf tests are already included in the isolate definitions. Any other targets are not included in isolates, and therefore can't be used in perf tests. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
