[iOS] Fix dismissal of Lens Overlay in the FRE Promo Currently, when the Lens Overlay is dimissed, it disappears and leaves a blank white space. This CL adds an image view behind the Lens view to create a better dismissal effect. This matches how Lens Overlay behaves with an actual webpage (where the actual webpage is revealed after the overlay is dismissed). Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
