[//gpu] Make SIFactory wrapper over GMBFactory to create GMB handle First step on replacing usage of GpuMemoryBufferFactory with usage of SharedImageFactory and eliminating GpuMemoryBufferFactory. Path from here is: * Change GMBVideoFrameRendererPoolImpl flow to use the SharedImageFactory wrapper method (on the service side) * Create the GMB factory internally in SharedImageFactory and remove it being passed around externally * Decompose the GMB factory impls into impls of CreateNativeGpuMemoryBufferHandle() on SharedImageFactory Bug: 404905709 Change-Id: I37016e28742ebc0a2a4bb01f22a9da7c11035cc6 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6935477 Reviewed-by: Vasiliy Telezhnikov <vasilyt@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Colin Blundell <blundell@chromium.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1514689}

Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
