Retire LacrosOnly feature flag. The patch retires the LacrosOnly feature flag. Once this patch is landed the flag will no longer have an effect. - Users who had Lacros enabled by the feature flag goes back to Ash-Chrome being the default browser. - chrome://flags will no longer list lacros-only flag. Going forward, Lacros can be enable by policy or the command line flag `--enable-lacros-for-testing` introduced in crrev.com/c/5733732 until Lacros is completely removed. Details: go/lacros-sunset. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
