media: Remove cdm_type from clearing storage key data in CdmStorage*

This CL removes the redundant parameter cdm_type from
DeleteDataForStorageKey as it is not used, and not necessary for the
function to work as expected. We need this change so that when we clear
CdmStorage data from BrowsingDataRemoverImpl, we want to clear data for
all cdm types with the storage key.
