Fix tab switcher animation offset in landsacpe mode This CL will fix the tab switcher's shrink and expand animation offset issue in landsacpe mode. The CompositorViewHolder's rect is different from Hub layout's rect. So the same left offset of the animation initial rect and final rect caused the animation's offset. So we need to use the different left offset for initial rect and final rect. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
