spanify: Rewrite unsafe third-party method calls to helper macro calls

Rewrite calls to unsafe third-party methods with calls to helper
macros.

Example)
sk_bitmap.getAddr32(x, y)
==> UNSAFE_SKBITMAP_GETADDR32(sk_bitmap, x, y)

where the macro calls sk_bitmap.width() and makes a base::span.
