Revert "Android Media Session: Don't request AudioFocus when backgrounded" This reverts commit 9d57a528e5f4179a003f651b64ac72bc6e47975b. Reason for revert: Causes release-blocking issue of user being unable to resume media via the media notification (crbug.com/1444455) Original change's description: > Android Media Session: Don't request AudioFocus when backgrounded > > This CL prevents MediaSessionImpl from requesting system audio focus > when tabs are backgrounded and background playback is disabled (i.e. > on Android). This prevents a bug where a website would attempt to play > video while backgrounded and take audio focus away from other apps, > despite failing to play. > > Bug: b:220266288, 1432833 > Change-Id: Idbdc93052dd9d0710d20cf3f7048a48ee702e800 > Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/3783198 > Reviewed-by: Alex Moshchuk <alexmos@chromium.org> > Code-Coverage: Findit <findit-for-me@appspot.gserviceaccount.com> > Reviewed-by: Frank Liberato <liberato@chromium.org> > Commit-Queue: Tommy Steimel <steimel@chromium.org> > Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1135563} Bug: b:220266288, 1432833 Change-Id: I0a08be4c592c94517eeeeaee5c839baeab4396e0 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/4525498 Reviewed-by: Frank Liberato <liberato@chromium.org> Commit-Queue: Tommy Steimel <steimel@chromium.org> Reviewed-by: Alex Moshchuk <alexmos@chromium.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#1143461}
Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all users to experience the web.
The project's web site is https://www.chromium.org.
To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone
! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.
Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
