Dismiss Incognito alert dialog when the page navigates When the leaving Incognito Alert Dialog is displayed, the page can still navigate, which ends up showing the Alert Dialog over an origin that didn't initiate it. This change dismisses the Alert Dialog when another navigation occurs in the tab. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
