[Read Anything] Store domains as strings rather than GURLs. We store domains as a string rather than GURL because we use the function GURL::DomainIs to check whether the current url shares the domain of the cononical domain provided, which seems to be the typical way of doing URL domain comparisons. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
