Add infrastructure to manipulate AutofillTestClient post initialization Having this additional infrastructure will allow test classes derived from `AutofillMetricsTestBase` to manipulate the client after it is initialized. This allows to efficiently inject mocks into the client before it is used to construct the AutofillDriver and such. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
