Use GetTupleOrPrecursorTupleIfOpaque instead of origin when making mixed content decisions about frames Previously we used the origin, but it is not set for sandboxed frames, this CL changes the logic so GetTupleOrPrecursorTupleIfOpaque is now used. Test: A Web Platform Test covering this case is ready, and will be added once this lands (see bug). For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
