[media] Convert more sites of WrapSharedImages to WrapSharedImage

Convert some more callsites of VideoFrame::WrapSharedImages
that takes in array of ClientSharedImage to WrpaSharedImage that takes
in a single ClientSharedImage.

For VideoLayerImplTest, the codepath is not really taken with
WritePixelsYUV and instead used with hardware video decode. Thus it
is safe to remove the legacy codepath there as well.
