extensions: Follow symlink for component extensions on cros Allow component extensions to use symblinks to share data on ChromeOS. The current need is for migrating GoogleTTS component extension to MV3. The extension has about 90MB voice data and is bundled in rootfs. Rootfs size has a limit so it is better to share the data. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
