[CVC storage IOS] Add .SavingWithCvc suffix to LogSaveCreditCardPromptResultIOS This Cl is to add SavingWithCvc suffix for save card with CVC case and stop logging LogSaveCreditCardPromptResultIOS if it is CVC save only case. After this change, CardSaveType::kCardSaveWithCvc will log in "Autofill.SaveCreditCardPromptResult.IOS" with suffix ".SavingWithCvc", CardSaveType::kCardSaveOnly will log in "Autofill.SaveCreditCardPromptResult.IOS" without suffix ".SavingWithCvc", CardSaveType::kCvcSaveOnly will not log in "Autofill.SaveCreditCardPromptResult.IOS". To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
