[CompositeClipPathAnimation] Enable for case when clip-path: none This change alters composited clip path animation so that the clip bounding area is 'infinite', allowing a clip path of none to be represented. To cover the none case, the clip path paint worklet input is internally converted to use std::optional values. Additionally, calculating the composited paint status is now done earlier during pre-paint to ensure the paint properties are properly populated when there is a composited clip path animation, as sometimes this is not done when the initial value is none. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
