webfeed: fix stream model root selection Server responses from the web feed renderer have a slightly different structure. In those responses, the root is not a STREAM node. This CL changes the root finding logic to support the is_root bit provided by the server, while still handling the case where no is_root node is provided. See the bug for more information.
