Migrate ChromeLocationBarModelDelegateTest to a browser test This patch migrates ChromeLocationBarModelDelegateTest from a unit test that uses the deprecated `BrowserWithTestWindowTest` fixture to a proper browser test that inherits from `InProcessBrowserTest`. The following changes were made: - The test fixture now inherits from `InProcessBrowserTest`. - `SetUp()` was renamed to `SetUpOnMainThread()` and the base class method is now called correctly. - `profile()` calls were replaced with `browser()->profile()`. - `TEST_F` macros were replaced with `IN_PROC_BROWSER_TEST_F`. - The `GetTestingFactories()` override was removed as it is no longer needed with the full browser environment provided by `InProcessBrowserTest`. - Unnecessary headers for the old test fixture were removed and new ones for browser tests were added. This is a pure refactoring with no change to the test logic. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
