[Wallet] Resolve images in the AIF for every image type. AutofillImageFetcher. This CL is a no-op. It generalizes the AIF::ResolveCardArtImage method to AIF::ResolveImage which works for every supported image type. This refactoring is a scaffolding for the upcoming work which unifies the logic of how images are fetched inside the AIF. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
