[lacros] Use non-Linux IDS_AUTOFILL_SAVE_CARD_PROMPT_TITLE_TO_CLOUD string `chromeos` has been excluded since at least 2019. This was renamed to `chromeos_ash` recently, but the intent is likely all Chrome OS builds, which makes sense given the text of the two strings. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
