[Tab Highlighting] Clear multi-selection when adding tabs and remove closed tab from multiselection. Update tab model logic to ensure multi-selected tabs are deselected when they are closed. Also, clear any existing multi-selection state when a new tab is added to the model. This centralizes the multi-selection clearing logic within the tab model operations. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
