[M103 merge] personalization: skip re-select default image If the device default image is already selected, do not issue another request to select it when clicked by user. Fixes a bug where loading state gets stuck when re-selecting default wallpaper. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
