Avoid using `mojo::SharedBufferHandle::Clone()` default argument in README After c9e5af619bf3bd0e3e56b868945f53b7dad2db49, `mojo::SharedBufferHandle::Clone()` no longer have default argument. This CL adds the original default argument in README to not confuse readers. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
