[CrOS Cellular] Add input validation to <apn-detail-dialog> - Added a placeholder error message whenever the user enters more than 63 characters. - Added a regex and placeholder error message when the user enters non-ASCII characters. - Added an asterisk next to the APN field. - Disabled the Add button when an invalid or empty input is detected. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
