[iOS][Waffle] Re-enable egtests

Enable the following tests in FirstRunWithSearchEngineChoiceTestCase:
testSearchEngineChoiceScreenSelectThenScroll
testSearchEngineChoiceScreenScrollThenSelect

The country is changed from FR to kEeaListCountryOverride to make sure
the search engine list is always bigger than the device screen.
