HttpStreamPool: Add current endpoints in AbortedAttempt This is to investigate the linked bug. According to reports we received after crrev.com/c/6432815, there seemed no endpoints when aborting a TCP based attempt. This isn't expected. Add the current endpoints to AbortedAttempt to see what's happening. Also add endpoints history that contains snapshot of each OnServiceEndpointsUpdated / OnServiceEndpointRequestFinished call. Remove some debug aliases that we don't need any longer. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
