[content] [browser] More base::Contains() usage in //content/browser 1. Use base::Contains() instead of std::find or <container>::find() where appropriate in //content/browser. 2. Refactor some code to enhance performance when executing the code. 3. The remaining code that needs to be modified in the //content/browser directory will be modified in subsequent patches. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
