[ios] Use ProfileIOS alias in ProfileManagerIOS and sub-classes With https://crrev.com/c/5826657 it is now possible to use the name ProfileIOS to refer to a profile, so convert ProfileManagerIOS and its sub-classes to this new name. Change ProfileIOS::Delegate API and ProfileIOS::CreateProfile(...) methods to also use this name since ProfileManagerIOS is the sole client of those APIs. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
