[Mullhet] Store is_cross_origin flag in PasswordSuggestionDetails.

This flag is going to be used to conditionally show the cross-domain
filling consent dialog. This dialog is not needed for all credentials
shown in the suggested section, so the flag is set to false for them.

The dialog won't be shown for any credential in the "All passwords"
section that has the same signon realm as some credential from the
"Suggested" section.
