[iOS] Avoid calling delegate if the button is disabled There is a tiny timing when a button is disabled from our side and when it is disabled from Apple API side. To avoir calling button when we explicitly disabled it, check before the state of the button before calling the delegate. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
