Add HRESULT DRM_E_H264_SH_PPS_NOT_FOUND to enum list The value in the CL corresponds to DRM_E_H264_SH_PPS_NOT_FOUND. Now we add it to the enums list so it is reported properly. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
