metrics: add edid version and serial number to DisplayStatus Initially, the commit 0211765461b3132d491cfc0adb502ff0bcc0e912, which introduced ExternalDisplayEventsObserver, used InfoData instead of TelemetryData and was reverted as it was incorrect type of data that was used. It was split into smaller pieces - 1) https://crrev.com/c/6563693 2) https://crrev.com/c/6563694 3) https://crrev.com/c/6543589 Now, ExternalDisplayEventsObserver uses DisplayStatus, which is part of the TelemetryData, but we need edid version and serial number to be sent via the Telemetry API for clients to distinguish displays when they triage problems. This CL duplicates these two data members to resolve this issue. PS: usage of these new data fields will be adde in the next CL. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
