Update window geometry on tiling state change When there are tiling changes since the last latched state without any changes in bounds or insets, and if the updated geometry is not sent to the compositor, there could be gaps seen around the window due to the geometry information between the app and compositor being out of sync. Add tiled edges to PlatformWindowDelegate::State, make it a configure-synced property and send updated geometry when tiled state changes. Test: Tested on both mutter and kwin when the window is tiled and/or loses focus and validated gaps seen before are now fixed. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
