[Blink] Explode CanvasResource::GetColorInfo() callers

Has callers that use the SkColorInfo to construct an SkImageInfo do so
via the individual fields. This will facilitate replacing GetColorInfo()
with getters for the individual fields and further the process of
changing CanvasResource to get this information from ClientSharedImage
rather than externally to the CSI.
