Do not poison %FunctionPrototype%'s restricted properties In ES6, these properties of the intrinsic %FunctionPrototype% are poisoned during CreateIntrinsics() / AddRestrictedFunctionProperties(). It's unnecessary to poison them again, and testing whether they are a function or not causes tests to fail.
