Revert "Renaming monochrome_public_bundle to m_32_64_p_b for 64-bit builds" This reverts commit c58c4142cb5f18148d4e42f98270204bbe5c19f0. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
