[Merge to M-103]capture_selfie_cam: Show capture toast background color correctly This CL fixed the issue that the capture toast in light mode has a darker background color than expected. We should create the toast widget and add it to its parent container later than the pointer to the widget gets assigned the address. By doing this, the toast widget can have the correct z-order in the parent container. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
