[PDF Ink Signatures] Update bottom toolbar button focus outline color The size and color dropdown buttons are the remaining PDF UI buttons that have a blue focus outline color. Change the color to match the rest of the buttons in the PDF UI for consistency. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
